milehimodern believes in connection first; every home has a soul-filled story to tell. As a visual narrator, I have had the privilege to develop cutting-edge marketing for Colorado's top-producing brokers to utilize as they do what they do best — lead buyers and sellers through the fluctuating market.
Through elevated, concierge-level service and methodical design, I have contributed to shaping the design offerings and operational structure of our marketing team. Since joining the brokerage shortly after its first anniversary, we have experienced over 300% growth in agents. Our team has also been recognized for the best marketing campaign, distinguishing milehimodern as a leader in the industry.
Designing for milehimodern encompasses intentional, thoughtful, and intuitive design. Identified as a minimalist brand, the use of white space, typographic elements, strategic layout, and captivating copy are at the forefront of everything.
